Welcome to shop.stineladefoged.com. When shopping on this website you automatically accept the terms below. We therefore recommend you to read them carefully.

We ship all goods worldwide by UPS, GLS, DAO or PostNord it makes it possible to trace the package, should problems arise. The goods are insured in transit and on receipt please check the contents of the package. Are the package and / or the contents damaged when you receive it, please report it to currier straight away or within 2 days of receipt and return product to us afterwards? Stine Ladefoged is not responsible for goods that are damaged during transportation. We always pack the goods with extreme care, so the risk of cargo damage is minimized.
Delivery in Denmark is free.
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. 
shop.stineladefoged.com can not be held responsible for any delays caused by carrier service.

Please note that this applies separate VAT and delivery times can be up to 8 days.
All shipments abroad are delivered by UPS.
General Services in Europe is about. 2-5 business days.
General Services outside Europe takes approx. 4-8 business days.

Shop.stineladefoged.com is providing 14 days full return from the day you receive your goods. Goods must be returned unused and in same condition as when received. Goods returned without original tag and certificate will not be refunded. Once we receive the product and have accepted the return, we will transfer purchase amount to your account minus the original delivery cost. We reimburse only for the credit card that the goods were purchased with. Remember to enclose the registration and account number for any bank transfer. And remember to save your postal receipt as proof that the product is shipped. Stine Ladefoged does not cover the freight costs which may be in connection with return of goods.

All products are covered by Danish law of purchase rules for 24-month warranty. The return right means that you as a customer can complain about the deficiencies of the goods that have arisen within 24 months after purchase.
The return right does not cover when the error, damage or wear caused by misuse, lack of maintenance or normal wear. We always try to correct the error through the supplier first.

Stine Ladefoged does not cover the freight costs which may be in connection with a claims and returns.

All prices are included 25% VAT 
Ordering from an EU country you pay Danish VAT but no duty under the rules on free movement of goods. Goods sent from shop.stineladefoged.com can not be sent as a gift to non-EU countries in an attempt to evade customs duties and local taxes.
Ordering from a country outside the EU may suffer local taxes and duties which we can not be held liable for, but you will be able to deducted Danish VAT. If so, you will be contacted by the freight company. Please note that this may delay shipment part because the goods are held up in customs duty. It is then your responsibility to contact the freight company and pay the damage costs.
shop.stineladefoged.com advises that import duty and local sales taxes may not be refundable to Non-EU customers wishing to return items.
